Flow for Pride: Yoga for a Cause

| $20Join us on Sunday, June 26th for a morning dedicated to the celebration and support of Pride Month! This special event will focus on empowerment, self-care and self-love, where we will breathe, flow and unite as one commUNITY in support of our LGBTQIA community. Proceeds will benefit one•n•ten.
YOGA + SOUND MEDITATION CLASS @ 10AM…
We will kick off the morning with an all levels yoga class that will end with a harmonic sound bath focused on empowerment and self-love. All ability levels, ages, and humans are welcome no matter your experience with yoga. Let’s paint the morning full of colors! Colorful and rainbow pride attire encouraged!
$20 Registration Includes:
60-minute yoga flow with guided sound meditation- 5 raffle tickets
- Motivational wristband
- First glass of bubbly (or soda)
AFTER PARTY @ 11AM…
After class we will be continuing the celebration. Whether you’re able to make it to class or not, we invite everyone to join us from 11am – 12:30pm. During the after party everyone will have a chance to purchase additional raffle tickets, connect with the community, enjoy some Sunday FUNday with libations and brunch, and celebrate Pride with us! We will do the drawing for the raffle prizes at 12:30pm.
ABOUT THE BENEFICIARY…
one•n•ten envisions a world where all LGBTQ youth and young adults are embraced for who they are, actively engaged in their communities, and empowered to lead. Our mission is to serve LGBTQ youth and young adults ages 11-24. We enhance their lives by providing empowering social and service programs that promote self-expression, self-acceptance, leadership development, and healthy life choices.

NOTE: Raffle tickets can be purchased at the studio (or online) up until the day of the event and at the event itself.
